Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

This 30-day period includes and extends your statutory right of withdrawal under European Union law.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before being sent. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return address will be provided after the return request is approved.

Return shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

    • The item was damaged in transit
    • The wrong item was received

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

Non-returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
  • Personal care goods (for hygiene reasons)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective, in accordance with EU law.

Sale items

Sale items can be returned unless explicitly marked as final sale.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement is to:

  2. Place a new order once the return is approved

Right of withdrawal (European Union)

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

However, we extend this period to 30 days as part of our satisfaction guarantee.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: up to 10 business days
