Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–4 business days.
This includes:
- Production of your custom item
- Quality checks
- Packaging
Please note that processing times may vary slightly during peak periods.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery time is:
- 10 business days (worldwide shipping)
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on:
- Destination country
- Customs processing
- Carrier delays
Total Delivery Time
Estimated total delivery time:
- 13–14 business days (processing + shipping)
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide.
Please note:
- International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes
- These charges are the responsibility of the customer
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance
- Postal service issues
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
